Apparently in Australia it’s common to find “chicken salt” everywhere. I’ve never been, but I guess it’s chicken skins dried and ground up with salt. A friend of mine actually mixes rosemary and lemon with sea salt to add as a finisher for dishes. Here’s a video which takes the same idea and applies it to veggies. I think the idea of tomato salt sounds really good.
