Here’s a recipe for a breakfast smoothie I enjoy. I’ll admit, I didn’t like it at first, but it grew on me very quickly, so I’d recommend you give it a go.
Ingredients for 2 servings
1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced
¼ cup mint leaf
1 green apple, diced
1 tablespoon honey
½ avocado, diced
1 ½ cups ice
Place the cucumber, mint, apple, honey, and avocado in a blender or food processor and blend until just combined.
Add in the ice and continue to blend until the mixture is smooth.
