Implicit Bias

This is an example of what implicit bias is: just assuming certain people as the default. In this case, race organizers never expected it was possible for a woman to win a race, but one did in fine form, so she got to take home a trophy for first place and a trophy for first place female. Yet there was no first place male trophy made.
