Check out this incredibly cool idea: using neural networks to convert a drawing to a computer generated image.
Denis Shiryaev toDeath in Ice ValleyJuly 17, 2019Recently I saw the story about an unknown woman found in the Isdal valley in 1970. In the article I saw a forensic drawing of the Isdal Woman and came up with the idea, that this drawing could be enough for Neural Network facial reconstruction. Neural network reconstruction works as follows:The Neural Network is trained using literally thousands of human faces to generate a prediction of the closest face possible to that drawing. Here you can see the algorithm itself (open source):https://github.com/pbaylies/stylegan-encoder
And here is the neural network synthesis of the Isdal Woman provided at my request from /u/zergling103
